Promo Images

Working for Mentalytics I made lots of images for various promotions, social media and websites.

Most of the times this meant creating images from scratch, but also often photo shopping our various products in to stock images. For instance I was often tasked with compositing our products on to a screen or adding a focus headband on a person.

When adding headbands to a persons forehead my workflow was as following:

1. Analyze the desired target image for lightning and angle
2. Position and light the 3d model convincingly to get a good base
3. Render the 3d model without background
4. Place the render image, paint realistic contact shadows and do final lightning adjustments in Photoshop
